The lift is accomplished using a molded corned self-anchoring and adjustable suture that is strategically placed below the skin. These special sutures have a needle system that inserts the threads in the treatment area. The molded cornes then act to lift the facial tissues and anchor it in a re-suspended more youthful location. Down time is minimal and our patients usually return to normal activities the following day. Some patients may experience some mild to moderate swelling and bruising or headache. This is easily controlled with over the counter medications.
